Best adult acne treatment?
I am 23 and have adult acne. I have tried just about everything on the drugstore shelves. I have also tried proactiv which made my skin worse and murad. Anybody have any suggestions?

I have light to moderate acne and very oily skin.I have used Benzoyl Peroxide for over 2 years now and just recently discovered from reading online the long term effects of bp. Apparently, it just covers acne up and pushes it deeper until you stop using bp and break out severely.I don't want to be dependent on something as harsh as bp, especially not in my 20s Id like to have clear skin by my 20s without much effort.In the mean time, is there any possibly natural acne treatment that could help me during my hormonal, teenage acne and prevent the above?

I am asking this question again because the answers I got before were either not helpful, or I wasn't sure if certain treatments were reputable. I have nodular type acne which actually hasn't been so bad lately. Now the biggest problem is that anything I use turns my face red and makes it dry. I can't use moisturizer or even water on my face without it burning or turning red. I thought about acutane, but I have no insurance and the pharmacist just told me that it costs over 1,000 dollars for a 30 day supply and the generic brand is 400 dollars. She also told me that there are a lot of lawsuits on the stuff because of birth defects, liver problems and psychotic episodes, so even if I had the insurance, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to use it. Apparently Proactiv is the best, but it doesn't work for everyone. What has worked the best for you? I have oily skin and I have to wash my face a couple of extra times during the day. I'm looking for something to use as well as a good diet and exercise. Any suggestions?I wonder if that's the real justin bieber that answered. if so, of course you'd say that. you're promoting it.

okay so i've developed an all natural acne treatment for myself since i cant find stuff that works for me.firsti use a facewash in the shower. its off brand idk if that will effect me. its from rite aid then i started useing witch hazel with cotton to wipe off dirt i guess.then i put an overnight mask on called mint Julep Masquedo you think doing this would help clear my skin.? I really dont want to do my last year of high school with pimples on my face. that would look so bad in my graduation picture. if you have a better treatment tell me please
