Well, i've tried proactive and almost every other expensive acne kit out there including arbonne and acnefree. after a really long time with no results, i went to get a facial. when i was there, they completely cleared out my pores so i basically had a clean start with no clogging and no pimples on my face, other than the red marks left behind. then, the woman who gave me a facial brought me over to a shelf where there were all kinds of murad products. she picked out a few that she thought would be good for me and i bought them, even though they were very expensive. to this day i continue to use murad products combined with a prescription gel and lotion called Duac. i swear by these products and i think they are the best things ever. i dont have a single zit on my face. the reason i was so successful is because i got educated about acne when i got my facial. now i know that i have to exfoliate (with any store-bought brand of wash with beads in it) each night and put on different lotions, gels, and a twice weekly mask. i would highly reccomend a nice store-bought exfoliator, the duac prescription lotion and gel, and the murad twice-weekly mask, oil-control mattifier lotion, and concealer, as well as maybelline mineral powder, as these concealers cover up without causing breakouts. murad also has several other amazing products, such as an acne scar removal gel, which works best when used in a routine with twice-weekly lemon juice face masks and daily juice from an aloe vera plant. (yeah it sounds weird but this combination will get rid of all acne scars in two weeks.) well, i hope i helped! that was a lot to type and it was probably pretty confusing but since i discovered how to clear acne, i just want to spread the word and help others! i highly trust the murad line and i'm positive that all of their products will work like they say they will. |
